CA PARAG S. PRABHUDESAI

A Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India qualified in 1999 and has a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from ICAI. He is a Founder Partner of the firm having post qualification experience of more than 19 years. Area of specialisation include Audits, supervision/analysis and implementation of accounting and financial systems, advisory in international taxation and corporate secretarial services.

CA AMIT S. KADAM

A Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India qualified in 2005 and has a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from ICAI. He has 14+ years of experience with specialisation in Management Consultancy Services, Wealth Management and Investment Advisory, Information Technology and Risk Management.

CA JAGANNATH GOVALE

A Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India qualified in 2001. He has 18+ years experience in Accounting, Corporate Finance, Taxation and Company law with specialisation on Project finance, implementing controls, proven ability to improve operations, influence business growth and maximize profits through achievements in finance management, cost optimization and productivity improvements.

MRS. MRUDULA P. PRABHUDESAI

Working as an Associate Consultant with the firm since last 17 years. She is M.Com with an additional qualification of GDC & A. Specialised in Co-Operative Society Matters. In addition has an experience in advising on applicability, registration, compliances including calculation and filing of returns in the area of Direct and Indirect Taxes.
